To remove a perfume or cologne stain, first moisten the stained area with an ice cube. While the cloth is cold, scrub the stain with a cotton ball that has been soaked in Isopropyl alcohol 90ยบ.
If the stain occurs on clothing, apply alcohol either with a dropper or directly from the bottle, then wash as usual.
