Watercolor Stains

If the material of the garment is cotton, one can remove stains coming from watercolor by rubbing it with turpentine. However, if the garment is made of silk or wool and the stain is from the dark colors of the watercolor, then use a solution (of equal parts) of hydrogen peroxide and water.
